- Implementation plan (1-2 page)
2) Workflow Implementation and Launch
We craft unique and innovative designs, working closely with our clients to bring their visions to life. Implementation of one core workflow identified in the opportunity mapping is entirely set up and ready for immediate use.
What's included:
- Implementation and complete set up of one core workflow (e.g., Automated client replies using templates and prompts (via email or DM), automated rebooking reminders and follow up messaging, social content pack for a month worth of posting.
- One (60 minute) follow up session for demonstration and training on how to use software
- Simple documentation (1-2 pages pdf) on how to edit templates
3) Ongoing Business Workflow Support
Our architecture services prioritize function and form to create spaces that stand the test of time.Provide ongoing support with continuous improvement and troubleshooting
What's included:
- Monthly 30-60 minute care call to review whats working, tweak automations and add one new workflow idea. This could include:
- Ongoing prompt and template updates
- New social media content templates
- Improving notes, reminders and client management systems
- Troubleshooting workflows with small tweaks and up to date tools.
